I have tried using comapatibility mode but jsut keeps saying re install drivers when i try to winsows the dolby audi audio APP or when o go to program files and try to manually install them. I had to uninstall Wi FI and kaspersky trial edition which dolby advanced audio v2 windows 10 64 bit didnt use anyway as i have subscription to bullguard.

To turn it off or on Wiindows to Control panel Lower down on the window, uncheck Fast Startup.
